How we work (what you can expect)

Upon registering with us, whether by applying for a specific vacancy you've seen us advertising or simply by submitting your CV for consideration against any potential future roles, your CV is made accessible to all of our specialist consultants. Data handling is of paramount importance to us and you can be assured your details will not get into the hands of any 3rd parties.

What next?

If we can progress the vacancy/ vacancies you have applied for (i.e. in our eyes you are a suitable match) we will be in touch with you very soon. If we do not think you are a suitable match for the vacancy/ vacancies you have applied for, we will add your CV to our system for consideration against other roles we are currently dealing with and any future vacancies which we are instructed to handle.

When we are asked to recruit by a client we search our database for suitable matches. Our database search works predominantly by searching CV’s for keywords. For this reason we recommend you put as much ‘purchasing specific’ content as possible on your CV. Read our guidelines for writing a Purchasing & Supply Specific CV here.

If we think you're a good match for a particular vacancy we're dealing with we will contact you to (i) brief you on the role and (ii) request your permission to submit your CV to our client. We WILL NOT send your CV to our clients without your permission. You should insist any agency you register with does the same, to read more on this subject click here
